At The Chichester Biltong Company, we use traditional recipes and methods handed down through generations of our families. So it's no surprise, we keep our award-winning recipes a closely guarded secret! But of course, there's no hiding the fact we use the finest prime beef, sourced locally. You can taste it in every bite.
Be a Biltong 'Buff'
Once you have a taste for biltong, you may like to enhance your enjoyment. You can have your own Biltong Hooks to hang the beef until you're ready for a bit more. You may also like to have a special Biltong Knife (coming soon). This high quality stainless steel blade is super-sharp, so cut with care!
From our Biltong shop, as well as a variety of delicious flavours, you can also choose between fatty Biltong or lean, healthy Biltong. And don't forget, if you spend over £50, your Biltong delivery is free within mainland UK. Free delivery does not apply to orders in combination with voucher codes.
