In conjunction with the Queen Elizabeth Park in Hampshire and The Hampshire Council, The Chichester Biltong Company is proud to be able to offer our spectacular local venison biltong from Early January 2012. Almost a third of the fat content of beef, and delicious beyond compare ! Completely sustainable game, as all the animals are chosen for during the annual cull and all the venison is wild and naturally organic!
