
How do you eat yours?
We all know that Biltong tastes great on its own, but there are lots of foods that go really well with it. Biltong is perfect as a healthy snack or used as ‘nibbles’ in a bowl alongside nuts, olives, peppers and some cheesy snacks.
Many people chop it finely (probably easiest in a food processor) and sprinkle it over a salad or on pasta. And there are some that use it in fine dining.
