Quite simply, we only ever use fantastic, top quality, 100% British beef silverside to make our award-winning biltong. No messing, just the very best we can do. This commitment to quality and the highest standards for our products, is why we only use the finest herbs and spices. The very best money can buy, always!

Peppered Steak Ingredients:220g of beef used for every 100g of biltong, salt, coriander, distilled spirit vinegar, garlic, chilli, nutmeg, pepper, preservatives (sodium nitrate & potassium sorbate). So how do we get the other eight delicious flavours?

Peri Peri Biltong:as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, just with more chilli and garlic

Garlic Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but more garlic

Habanero Chilli Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but with more crushed habanero chilli

BBQ Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but to get that distinctive BBQ flavour, we have added, paprika, brown sugar and smoke flavouring

Teriyaki Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but we have managed to keep this one gluten free, by only adding, paprika, brown sugar, onion, yeast extract, cassia, ginger, tomato and citric acid

Aromatic Oriental Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but that oriental flavour comes from a little extra, paprika, brown sugar, onion, yeast extract, anise, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, tomato and natural flavouring

Mexican Adobo Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but with the addition of cumin, paprika, onion, tomato, natural flavouring, citric & malic acid

West Indian Jerk Biltong: as per the Peppered Steak Ingredient list above, but with hints of cumin, cinnamon, paprika, allspice, onion, sugar, thyme & parsley

All orders received before 9am on any working day will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 9am on Thursdays, will be processed and posted the following Monday due to deliveries.

Your biltong is packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness as standard. Each bag contains an oxygen absorber for added freshness - DO NOT EAT THIS!

We are very proud of our biltong! So much so, that if you don’t like it, just send it back and we will refund you the entire amount (excluding postage costs). You can’t say fairer than that!

However, please be careful and store your biltong correctly (as per our instructions enclosed and on the website here).

Our courier Royal Mail will try to deliver your item(s) to you as quickly as they can however, if your items are returned to us for one of the following reasons: failure to collect from depot, address incomplete or any other reason stated in our delivery terms and conditions, you will incur a charge of £3.95 postage again to have your items re-sent.
