The Cook With Biltong Club – Scrambled Eggs & Tong!

Sandy is at it again – she just loves biltong and it obviously gets her creative juices flowing as she has created yet another incredible recipe for biltong lovers everywhere to try.

We cannot wait to try this one… the photos say it all!

She was inspired this time by some Spanish and Mexican recipes that combine eggs and tomatoes.. her thoughts were “Why not add biltong?” So she did!

If you need something fresh and filling for breakfast or something to keep you going mid morning, I’d seriously consider this tasty dish…

Her recipe serves two people and includes ingredients onions, biltong, tomatoes, chilli and cumin… not forgetting those juicy tomatoes!
