Paddy's Day Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Add a little water or juice to help the blender. Enjoy!

It’s St. Patrick’s Day, and the chances are, you might be having a few more Guinness's than usual this evening. But that's no bother, it’ll be grand, we have you covered. There’s no better way to recover from the festivities than with this sweet and simple smoothie, packed with plenty of healthy goodness. The Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, and A as well as Vitamin C and B2, and the ginger gives it that wake up kick. It really is that the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. So, in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, here’s our lean, green detox machine.

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger

  • Juice from half a lime
